We can process your: Beef, Pigs, Lamb, Goats, and Emu. All processing and smoking is done in-house to ensure quality.
Please call to get your animal on our schedule. When you drop off your animal we take your cutting order.
To prepare your cutting order you can either call us, or print off a cutting order form.

Wisconsin state law dictates that if your beef is over 30 months of age, its steaks must be cut boneless.
