We are a slaughter plant, which means from trailer to oven we are the only people handling your animal.  Every order is placed by you to us. If you choose to buy a pig or beef from us it is from professional beef or hog growers.  We take pride in our cutting and wrapping.  We double wrap our meat to ensure freshness.

We do portion cutting for restaurants and any special orders.

We also slaughter exotic animals such as Buffalo, Red Deer, Fallow Deer, Emus, and Ostrich. We take our time to get all the value out of your exotic animal to maximize your profit margin.

We are one of the largest deer processors in Wisconsin.  Deer are kept separate and numbered to keep all deer in order. YOU GET YOUR DEER BACK!!! This is a big plus for those who take pride in there field dressing and shooting (not all plants do this).
