About Us


In 1980 Gary and Emily Craig went in to full time meat processing with there then teenage children Brian and Sherry.  Over the years more help was hired as needed.   Brian and Sherry both have spouses and kids who help when needed.  We are still family run for the most part.

Our workers are all trained in safe food handling and the newest state food regulations. We have 10 full time employees and in the fall (deer hunting), 10 more are hired to help with the 1000 plus deer received.

Our sausage recipes are old German style handed down from a life long friend of Gary's who was ill and wanted his sausage tradition to go on.  As years past, people in area needed pig roasting done. It was a natural step to go into catering.

We have seen our farming community cut in less than half, which made us do more catering and sausage promotion which brings us to you on the web.  Hope to have  you as a Craig's Meats and Catering customer soon.
